Bidaiarien beherako: zer prebenitzen du

Profilaxia produktuek adierazten duten baino okerrago funtzionatzen du, eta gertatzen denean zer egin jakiteak gehiago garrantzia du prebenitzea baino.

Profilaxiak zer lortzen duen

Probiotikoen profilaxia [1][3][4] eta probiotikoak rifaximinarekin alderatuz [2] egin diren meta-analiziek intzidentzian murrizketa apalak aurkitzen dituzte. Apala da funtsezko hitza: hauek arrisku erlatiboen murrizketak dira egoera arrunt batean, ez babesa.

Antibiotiko profilaxia orokorrean ez da gomendatzen bidaiari arruntentzat. Erresistentzia bultzatzen du, albo efektuak ditu, eta erresistenteak diren organismoen kolonizazioa sustatzen du, bidaiariek etxera ekartzen dituztenak — indibidualtasunaren erraztasunaren truke ordaindutako kostu populazionala.

Bidaiarien beherako arazoarentzat profilaxia

Elikagai eta ur neurriak

"Ebulletu, prestatu, aztertu edo ahaztu" gogoratzen da eta partzialki eraginkorra da — atxikimenduen ikerketek arauak arretaz jarraitzen dituzten bidaiariak oraindik ere gaixotzen direla aurkitzen dute, batez ere esposizioa ikusi ezin dituzten sukaldeetan gertatzen delako.

Itzulpen onenak: botilatuta edo tratatutako ura, hortzak barne, jatorri ezezaguneko izotza saihestea, janari beroa bero zerbitzatzea eta zuk zeuk azala kentzen duzun fruta. Eskuen higienea jaten aurretik elikagaiak saihestea baino gehiago egiten du.

Ez da bidaiarien beherako arazoa bakarrik

  • Odola aulkiaren edo tenperatura altua. Mediku laguntza bilatu, auto-tratatu beharrean.
  • Sintomak astebete baino gehiago irauten dutenak. Parasitismo kausak kontuan hartu, tratamendu desberdina behar dutenak.
  • Deshidratazio larria, batez ere haurren eta bidaiari zaharren artean.
  • Sintomak itzuli ondoren hasten direnean. Esan medikuari non egon zaren; diferentziala aldatzen du.
  • Episodio akutuen ondoren irauten duten sintomak. Post-infekziosko IBS onartua eta aztertu gabeko ondorioa da.

Azken puntu horrek arreta merezi du: gutxienez %10ek irauten duten heste sintomak garatzen dituzte infekzio baten ondoren. Zure hesteak inoiz normala ez badira itzuli bidaia baten ondoren, fenomeno onartua da eta ez duzu asmatu — ikusi gure heste-burmuin froga gunean.

Ohiko galderak

Bidaiatu aurretik probiotikoak hartu behar ditut?
Meta-analisiek murrizpen apalak aurkitzen dituzte [1][2]. Arrisku txikia, kostu txikia, itxaropen txikiak.
Antibiotikoak hartu behar ditut prebentzioz?
Oro har, ez. Erresistentziak eta ondorio kaltegarriek onura gainditzen dute ohiko bidaietan.
Loperamida erabiltzeko segurua da?
Gaixotasun larria ez denean sintomak kontrolatzeko, bai. Ekidin sukarrarekin edo gorozkietan odola dagoenean.
Zenbat iraun behar du?
Kasu gehienak egun gutxi batzuetan konpontzen dira. Astebete baino gehiago irauten badu, egin azterketa bat.
