Praktikoa
Atzerrian jaten, zeliakia edo elikagai alergia dutenentzat
Hizkuntza oztopo batek kudeatutako egoera bat apustu bihurtzen du. Konponbidea nagusiki logistikoa da, eta irten aurretik egitea merezi du.
EBko arauek zer ematen dizuten
Hamabi alergeno nagusi — glutenarekin dituzten zerealak barne — EBn deklaratu behar dira, paketatutako elikagaietan eta elikagai zerbitzuan. Arauek nahikoa uniformea dira, zeliakia duen bidaiari batek estatu kideen artean mugitzean etiketa marko bera aurreikusten du, abantaila handia eta gutxietsi egiten dena.
Aldatzen dena betearazpena da, nola elikagai zerbitzuak agertzen duen (ahoz, menu batean, karpeta batean), eta egoerarekin kultura ezagutza. Herrialde batzuetan zeliakia gaixotasunaren inguruko kontzientzia publikoa handia da; beste batzuek lehentasun gisa tratatzen dute.
Sistema praktikoa
- Lokaleko hizkuntzan itzulpen txartel bat lortu, egoera medikoki adieraziz, saihestu beharrekoak izendatuz, eta frijitzeko eta gainazal partekatuen aipamenarekin. Txartela sukaldera doa; ahozko esaldi bat ez.
- Ikasi osagaien zerrenda irakurtzen, hizkuntza ez. Alergenoak tipografikoki azpimarratuta daude EBn, beraz, gainerakoak irakurri gabe aurki ditzakezu.
- Gela bat hozkailu eta irabiagailu batekin erreserbatu. Bidaia zaila bat ohiko bihurtzen du.
- Bidaia egunetarako elikagai segurua eraman. Aireportuak, geltokiak eta bidaia luzeak dira jendea harrapatzen den lekuak.
- Lokaleko zeliakia edo alergia elkartea aurkitu. Europako herrialde gehienek bat dute, batzuk lekuen zerrendak argitaratzen dituzte.
- Nahikoa medikamentua hartu — adrenalinako auto-injektoreak beharrezkoak direnean — eta errezeta gutuna eraman.
Segurua eta dokumentazioa
Egiaztatu bidaia asegurua zure egoera estaltzen duela, eta eraman medikamentuen dokumentazioa jatorrizko ontzian errezeta gutunarekin. EBen, Europako Osasun Aseguru Txartelak beharrezko estatuko tratamendua estaltzen du, bidaia asegurua ez dena eta ez du ordezkatzen.
