Bwyta dramor gyda chlefyd coeliac neu alergedd bwyd

Mae rhwystr iaith yn troi cyflwr rheoledig yn gamblo. Mae'r ateb yn bennaf logistaidd, ac mae'n werth ei wneud cyn i chi adael.

Beth mae rheolau'r UE yn ei rhoi i chi

Mae'n rhaid datgelu'r pedair ar ddeg o alergeddau mawr — gan gynnwys gwenith sy'n cynnwys gluten — ledled yr UE, mewn bwyd pecynnu a mewn gwasanaeth bwyd. Mae'r rheolau'n ddigon cyson fel bod teithiwr coeliac sy'n symud rhwng aelod-wladwriaethau yn wynebu'r un fframwaith arwyddion, sy'n fantais sylweddol ac sydd heb ei chydnabod yn ddigon.

Beth sy'n amrywio yw gorfodi, sut mae gwasanaeth bwyd yn datgelu (llafar, ar fwydlen, mewn ffolder), a chyfarwyddyd diwylliannol gyda'r cyflwr. Mae gan rai gwledydd ymwybyddiaeth gyhoeddus uchel o glefyd coeliac; mae eraill yn ei thrin fel dewis.

Y system ymarferol

  1. Cymrwch gardiau cyfieithu yn yr iaith leol, gan nodi'r cyflwr yn feddygol, gan enwi'r hyn sy'n rhaid ei osgoi, a chynnwys ffrïwyr a phennau a rennir. Mae cardiau'n mynd i'r gegin; ni fydd brawddeg lafar yn gwneud hynny.
  2. Dysgwch ddarllen y rhestr gynhwysion, nid yr iaith. Mae alergennau'n cael eu pwysleisio'n deipograffig ledled yr UE, felly gallwch eu darganfod heb ddarllen y gweddill.
  3. Cymrwch lety gyda rhewgell a theclyn. Mae'n troi taith anodd yn un arferol.
  4. Cymrwch fwyd diogel ar ddiwrnodau teithio. Mae maes awyr, gorsafoedd a theithiau hir yn lleoedd lle mae pobl yn cael eu dal.
  5. Dewch o hyd i gymdeithas leol coeliac neu alergedd. Mae gan fwyafrif y gwledydd Ewropeaidd un, mae sawl un yn cyhoeddi rhestrau lleoliadau.
  6. Cymrwch ddigon o feddyginiaeth — gan gynnwys injecsiynau auto-adrenalin lle bo'n berthnasol — a chymrwch lythyr presgripsiwn.

Yswiriant a dogfennaeth

Gwiriwch fod yswiriant teithio yn cwmpasu eich cyflwr, a chymrwch ddogfennaeth unrhyw feddyginiaeth yn y pecyn gwreiddiol gyda llythyr presgripsiwn. O fewn yr UE, mae'r Cerdyn Iechyd Ewropeaidd yn cwmpasu triniaethau sydd eu hangen a gynhelir gan y wladwriaeth, nad yw'n yr un peth â yswiriant teithio ac ni fydd yn ei ddisodli.

Cwestiynau cyffredin

A yw cardiau cyfieithu'n ddefnyddiol mewn gwirionedd?
Ydyn, yn fwy na siarad. Gellir rhoi cerdyn i'r gegin, sef lle mae'r penderfyniadau'n cael eu gwneud.
Pa wledydd Ewropeaidd sydd hawsaf gyda chlefyd coeliag?
Mae ymwybyddiaeth yn amrywio mwy na rheoleiddio. Cymdeithasau coeliag cenedlaethol yw'r ffynhonnell orau ar hyn o bryd yn hytrach nag unrhyw gyffredinoliad.
A allaf fynd â'm meddyginiaeth ar draws ffiniau?
Yn gyffredinol gellir, mewn pecynnu gwreiddiol gyda llythyr presgripsiwn. Gwiriwch sylweddau a reolir yn benodol.
Beth os byddaf yn cael fy nglwtenu dramor?
Rheolwch symptomau a hydradiad. Nid oes triniaeth ar gyfer amlygiad — gweler ein gwefan coeliag.
